MEETING ROOMS
Meeting Rooms are available for public use by organizations, groups, and individuals when they are not being used by the Library for programs

LIBRARY PROGRAM ROOM
The John W. Parker Meeting Room allows for comfortable viewing with teleconference hookups, a large, retractable screen, built-in sound system, and a laptop computer connected to an LCD projector. Wifi is available. There is also a small kitchen facility. Seating options will allow for larger programs as well. The room’s capacity with chairs only is 90. Eight tables are available, and this set up allows for seating up to 48.

CENTER FOR LIFELONG LEARNING:
Center for Lifelong Learning can be used for meeting space or computer training. There are 10 laptops for hands-on training and a large screen monitor.

FROHMAN ROOM
The Frohman Room allows for comfortable viewing with teleconference hookups, a large, retractable screen, and a laptop computer connected to an LCD projector. Wifi is available. There is also a small kitchenette.  The floor is not carpeted.  Seating options will allow for larger programs as well. The room’s capacity with chairs only is 90. Eight tables are available, and this set up allows for seating up to 48.

RENTAL FEES:

Class A
“A” rate applies to nonprofit groups and government agencies and departments for non-commercial use, meaning no admission fee, vendor fee, or donation is charged, requested, or taken. Events may or may not be open to the public. The class “A” rate is free.

Class B
“B” rate applies to nonprofit groups whose events or meeting involve admission fees, vendor fees, donations, or a commercial use. Events may or may not be open to the public. The class “B” rate is $20.00 per hour. *

Class C
“C” rate applies to businesses, private individuals, or private groups. Admission or vendor fees may be collected, and donations may be received during the events. Examples of “C” use include private parties, receptions, seminars, or workshops. The class “C” rate is $25.00 per hour. *
*An additional fee of $5.00 is required if applicant is bringing in refreshments.
