NETNOTICE

With NetNotice, you can configure how you want to receive pick-up notices and choose to get weekly account notices. You can sign up for NetNotice via your Library Account or click here.

REPLACEMENT PRICES FOR DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

For all items, the replacement price is the cost of the item. Fees are reduced to a maximum fine if an item is returned.

HOW DO I RENEW ITEMS?

We offer Automatic Renewal. Items will renew automatically (up to two times) before the due date when possible (and if the item is not on hold for someone else). A courtesy notice of items “due soon” will be sent by phone, email, or text when:

  • An item has a hold for another person
  • An item has reached its renewal limit
  • Your library card status needs to be confirmed.

You also can renew three ways:

  • Online through your CLENVET Library Account. Log in with your library card number or username and PIN (usually your birthdate).
  • Over the phone by calling us at 419-625-3834.
  • In person at the Library.

HOW DO I PLACE A HOLD OR REQUEST ITEMS?

Online through the catalog. Log in to your Library Account, and then find the title you’d like to place a hold on by searching the catalog. When you find the title and format you want, click the green “Place a Hold” button, select the location where you’d like to pick up your item and confirm your hold.

You can request and borrow items from any of the CLEVNET libraries. However, items borrowed from another library in the CLEVNET system are subject to the loan period and overdue fees of the loaning Library. (Click here for a list of CLEVNET libraries.)

Over the phone.

Or in person at the library. You will need your library card number or photo ID.
